C3 is an Independent third-party Consumer Information service provider. We undertake extensive market surveys, consumer data acquisitions as well as operate independent consumer portals to support our Consumer Bureau.
We adopt global best practices in Consumer Privacy, Anti-Spam and Data Protection governance and provide specialised Consumer outreach Channels for our clients. We do NOT release consumer data as a service, but provide a managed channel for clients to reach out to their specified profile and demographics of consumers. Such Consumer Information is kept separate and distinct from client data.
We adopt a one-way refresh model whereby, we refresh our clients’ consumer data as a service from updates from the Consumer Bureau, but do not update or make available to the Consumer Bureau our respective clients data. All Consumer Bureau Information is gathered by C3 from consumers directly.
